1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, booking a training session, submitting a form, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws of Quebec and Canada.

2. Services Provided

We offer dog training services including (but not limited to):

  • Individual and group training sessions

  • Board and train programs

  • Puppy training

  • Behavior modification and re-education programs

  • Client education and support services

All services are delivered by qualified professionals with experience in canine behavior and training.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in advance or as per the agreed plan. We accept payments via credit card, e-transfer, or approved financing platforms. Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once training begins. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid session loss. In case of illness or emergency, rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.

Group training sessions are non-refundable and expire after the validity period unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any known health or behavioral concerns regarding their dog(s) prior to training. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a dog presents a danger to staff, other clients, or animals.

All dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations (or hold valid exemptions) prior to participation.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective training, dog training involves some level of risk. You agree to hold 9332-7617 Quebec Inc. and its representatives harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage that may occur during or after training.

You acknowledge that success in dog training depends greatly on client follow-through and daily practice.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, resources, handouts, and content are the intellectual property of Seirios K9 Dog Training Academy. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without written permission.

8. Privacy & Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive emails, SMS, and phone calls related to your training program. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.
